Your mission
We're looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our independent design consultancy as our sole BD employee in the US. You'll be working alongside our Design Strategy Manager in London and Business & Strategy Manager in the US, and as part of our growth plans, we also aim to expand the team with a new BD position in the UK.
Native has a strong track record of success across key industries, including automotive, MedTech, life sciences, and consumer technology. With the US market experiencing sustained growth in these sectors, we see a significant opportunity to expand our presence. To capitalise on this momentum, we are looking for a business development leader to build our network, establish relationships, and drive new business in the region.
As a Business Development Manager at Native, you'll be responsible for generating qualified new business opportunities in the US in line with the company's skills and capabilities. You'll research prospects across key vertical practice areas, create new business appointments, and develop compelling proposals for some of the world's most innovative brands.
You'll have the opportunity to network with industry leaders, attend conferences and exhibitions, and collaborate with our world-class team of researchers, strategists, designers, developers and engineers to develop customised new business proposals that showcase our unique blend of industrial, digital and service design expertise.
Oh, and you'll help secure partnerships that push boundaries, challenge perceptions, and always aim to change the world.
