Your mission
We're looking for a curious and collaborative UI / Visual Designer with an impeccable eye for beauty to join our independent design agency in Shoreditch.
As a UI Designer at Native, you'll create remarkable experiences for brands that (our NDAs won't let us reveal, but) span tech, healthcare, wellness, and automotive. You'll work comfortably across multiple platforms, creating beautifully crafted visual designs, high-fidelity interactive prototypes and emotionally engaging motion design that elevate the user experience.
You'll have the freedom to experiment and innovate, while contributing to remarkable client projects. You'll collaborate with some of the world's best designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers, ensuring you have the support, resources, and autonomy to thrive and shape your role.
Oh, and you'll make work that pushes boundaries, challenges perceptions, and - occasionally - changes the world.
Your profile
We won't insult you with a spiel about proficiency using Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite. That's a given. Instead, here's an idea of the sort of UI / Visual Designer we hope is reading this:
- Detail-oriented: You have a strong understanding of the principles of visual design, colour theory, typography and an eye for beautiful, functional, and engaging work.
- Curious: You see opportunities where others don't. If you open doors, push buttons, and hop over gates for adventure's sake, you're our kind of designer.
- Collaborative: Our in-house digital teams work closely with our researchers, design engineers, and industrial designers, so you'll need to be London-based and ready to bring your magic to our Shoreditch studio where the real alchemy happens. If you thrive on shared ideas, you'll love the fusion of physical and digital at Native.
- Practical: Flexible and adaptable, you’re ready to meet challenges proactively and excited to work on fast-paced, innovative projects. Previous agency experience is a plus.
