We're looking for ambitious junior designers eager to grow through diverse, hands-on
experiences. At Native, our unique blend of industrial, digital and service design
expertise empowers our team to tackle transformative projects across tech, consumer
electronics, healthcare, wellness, and automotive sectors.
We have vacancies for both 12-month sandwich placements and graduate roles and looking to help grow the skills of a designer with endless curiosity, a sharp eye for spotting opportunities, a mind wired for problem-solving, the courage to be daring yet thoughtful and the confidence to break the mould when necessary.

Your profile
We won’t patronise you with a list of basic design skills. If you’re reading this, you already know your way around design tools and processes. Instead, here’s what we’re really looking for in a junior designer at Native:
- Craftsperson: You’re dedicated to honing your skills, always striving for ways to improve and create excellence in your work.
- Reflective: You actively seek growth, both personally and professionally, and are always looking to develop.
- Inquisitive: A natural problem-solver, you’re eager to learn, experiment, and develop new expertise and you’re not afraid to cross disciplines.
- Meticulous: You take pride in producing high-quality work, paying attention to the details that make a difference.
- Daring: You’re not afraid to push boundaries, try something unexpected, and explore new creative directions.
- Methodical: You approach projects with thoughtfulness and structure, balancing creativity with clear planning.
- Collaborative: You thrive in group brainstorming sessions, bringing ideas to the table and working closely with the team.
- Communicator: You can express your ideas clearly, whether through sketches, maquettes, or presentations. Whatever your language, we’re here to hear it!
- Technically Skilled: You have a good understanding of CAD tools like SolidWorks, Creo, or Rhino.
- Visualiser: You can bring ideas to life using tools like Keyshot to create compelling renderings.

- Independent Studio: Native is one of the last proper indie studios in the East End. We've been here for twenty years, and we won't be selling up, or selling out, anytime soon.
